Rape cases are notoriously difficult to prosecute - and most never even get to court - simply because there rarely is any irrefutable evidence.
That doesn't mean that 100s of men are routinely being falsely accused of rape by malicious women (as the trashy tabloids would have you believe) - it means (and this is pretty much the consensus of the professionals involved), that 100s of men get away with it every year because the CPS deems that large numbers of rape cases would fail the stringency of the courts.
The fact that the CPS even bothered to force Evans into court is indication enough - not proof - that there was a pretty credible case to answer.
And as for those dimwits who blather on about women who get publicly drunk or dress "provocatively" - get yourselves back to the middle ages.
The next time you're pissed up and all over the place in public, and some random gives you a good shoeing, would you say that it was your fault? I mean, why put yourself in the position of not being able to give your consent as to whether or not you wanted to be beaten up? Why on earth should the poor bloke who gave you a hiding be taken to court for something which you brought upon yourself?

You incorrectly read a post, embarrassed yourself in your reply and when i pointed it out and you refused to answer.l.. And of course have continued to brush it under the carpet.
You keep telling me how little i know about the case, yet when I ask what the proof was, none is forthcoming. I know little about gravity too, but someone who does could prove it exists quite easily.
From what I know of the case, which ive never claimed to be a scholar on, the case looks a sham. From the bits filled in by the people who claim to know the case - further backs this sham theory up.
There is no dimi'ing whatever that is, i have posed a series of questions and all ive received back is defensive wibble meaning naff all or backing up what i thought initially.
Feel free to come back and actually post something worthwhile, namely why he is obviously guilty, and we can go from here.
Something tells me you cant though.
