He is injured is running down is contract with the club which will expire next summer. Have got no coaching qualifications so not going down that road. The club are trying to get someone to take him on loan once fit but are have not found any takers mainly due to it being unclear when he will be fit. Swansea have made Tate an offer to pay up his contract which I am told saves the club NI this though have not been taken up. |  | | |

No, he's been out on loan for the vast majority of the last two years.

I would imagine so considering he will never play a first team match again. Him being off the payroll would save tens of thousands in insurance costs etc | |

Hopefully he's given a position somewhere behind the scenes... IF he is good enough to coach, let him coach. Or he could do something similar to Trundle.
But what I do know, is that Tatey is a Jack Legend who has served the club well whenever he has been called upon in every division. He loves the club and should be rewarded with a future with it.
