Tried absolutely everything
Logging out, changing password, changing email, resend password just to see if it changes anything but still unable to buy home tickets for Villarreal
It is still saying I am not a season ticket holder so can't buy one, but when it is showing (1) in Reserved Tickets. When I click on that it tells me again I am unable to buy.
It has got details of my season ticket on account history but for some reason it is not recognising
I will just have to see if the club get back to me
My mate also has the same problem |

I have exactly the same problem. Luckily it's not a proper game we are trying to get tickets for. |
Logged on and got ticket no problem, only sour note, OAP ticket £3, service charge £3 that service charge seems a bit steep to me, but if it had been £6 for the ticket and no service charge I would have thought it good value, so balanced out I suppose. |  |

I have logged in myself into your account and I can see exactly what you're saying.  I can confirm that you seat is on a reservation for you waiting for payment in Ticketmaster, but at this stage I'm unsure as to why it's not showing in eticketing. Â
I have logged a call with Ticketmaster and am waiting for a reply, as soon as I know more I will be in touch.Â
Could I ask you to send me the details of the others who are having problems so that I can help and sort theirs out too.Â

Lets hope it gets ironed out before the Man Utd tickets go on sale

As I see it I've just done the villereral tickets - it was £2.50 for the transaction to print them at home or £3.00 to get them sent to me.
This was for two tickets so it must be per transaction rather than per ticket as it was before |  | | |

Just logged on to buy ticket for Villarreal , season ticket wasn't showing so called ticket office, to be greeted by a stressed out man huffing and puffing and said just give me £15 and I ll sort it. Made the mistake of asking about car parking bookings for new season and was told" I haven't got a clue mate"

I had a phone call on Saturday from the ticket office which I missed as I was at a wedding. I assume the club was asking me if I wanted my seat for the Villarreal game as the website was not working for me. I didn't ring back and to be honest I don't think I will bother
I rang today to ask them have they solved the problem that some season ticket holders have had with purchasing tickets and was told Ticketmaster are still looking at it and its out of the clubs hands. I said I will not be happy if I am left out of the loop when Man UTd tickets go on sale and the response was we will do our best. I am not convinced this will be sorted out at all.
The reserved seats bit (where I had the number 2 and 3) next too has now gone so I have no idea what is going on.

Exactly the same problem I am currently in Portugal and they rang me on Saturday as well, in the end my son who is at home paid over the phone to get the tickets. I was told it was only my account that hadn't been sorted so sounds like a little bit of fobbing off going on.
I currently have no reserved ticket section in my account and does not look as if I could get any tickets at the moment.

I had another phone call from the club today telling me that the problem with the Villarreal reserved tickets for season ticket holders is still a problem for some which will effect future home cup games until it is sorted but it will not effect the purchasing of away tickets (Man Utd) tomorrow.
