We should be doing everything we can to sell him in the summer, I think playing him will only decrease his value |

Kolli isn't a right winger though and injured anyway |

You can do both which is what Marti is doing at the moment We have 2 loan players in our team regularly in Edwards and Saito. Yang is rotating with Smyth who was pretty poor at Pompey the week before so an understandable move. The other 8/9 in the team are all our players If the team had 5 loans in I could understand these complaints a bit more but this all feels a bit mad to me |

This was something Wabrs was strong on as well not giving first team appearances away but you have to be good enough and earn that spot The time to give a few youngsters a go is last 4/5 games when we should be safe and comfortable in mid table. Morrison for me sounds like an injury issue, he rarley finished 90 minutes when he did start games |

but the problem is we have so many players out of contract this summer how can you pick a team now with next season in mind, don't even know who the manager will be The time to build for next season is in pre season not now If you send the message to the players that we are done for the season by never picking loan players we might well find the season was a long way from done if they drop standards for the next few weeks Got to laugh at all this really, I'm old enough to remeber when we had to rest players for the FA Cup to make sure we are fresh for an all important league campaign which apparently now is just dead rubbers [Post edited 3 Mar 11:39]

EVery club in this division needs loan players and how good your loan players are has a big say on where you finish, even when we went up under Warnock we relied on loans like Routledge, Walker, Miller to get us over the line The idea that we stop playing loan players when we still need 2/3 more wins to secure championship football is insane. We should be picking our best team including loans and getting as many points as we can this season, the higher the finish the better we look to potential signings in the summer |

the deal makes sense as we had no back up for Smyth and he's providing that, made a mistake for the 1st goal but overall thought he did alright. He's also making us a fair chunk of revenue durimg his spell |

Why are the loan players who won't be here next year different to out of contract players who won't be here next year? |
 | Forum Reply | Time to play our own at 21:36 2 Mar 2025
just pick our best team, if that includes players who might not be here next year thats fine, we should be trying to win games now not worrying about next season or beyond |

We had that joy as usual last week someone in our seat so having to hunt around for another one, some of our group had to stand on the stairs we eventually found one after coping a load of abuse off a few fans for daring to get to our seat. I dread going to away games when it's a sell out, is always the same |

I sympathise with them and am going through the same thing with all you nasty football fans shouting things. Every week I go to games and hear people call the referre a w*nker I think 'Am I safe here?' If people around me knew that I was a wnker, would they be attacking me or be verbally abusive? Would they stop singing it about the referee and would they start singing it about me?" |
