Plymouth 17:00 - Feb 9 with 5763 views | GaryBannister86 | Well done chaps, thoroughly deserved. Up yours Liverpool for disrespecting the cup. Nice to see nothing changes, 9 minutes of injury time invented from nowhere to give them every chance. Looks awfully dull this winning in the cup business, doesn't it? | ![](/images/avatars/30181.gif) | | | ![](/images/icons/ignore-user.png) |

Plymouth on 09:26 - Feb 10 by stantheman10 | Why can't they say they beat Liverpool? The team he put out still had 9 players that fairly regularly play for the first team and the Liverpool side that started the game would probably walk the Championship! |
Agree and as I've said in another thread. 8 international players in the starting 11 with a further 3 on the bench. I've seen Liverpool fans say "well done for beating our academy team" on socials. Sure they were weakened but this shouldn't be downplayed and Plymouth deserve all the plaudits. | ![](/images/avatars/0.gif) | | ![](/images/icons/ignore-user.png) |

To beat Liverpool at any level is commendable, even though they did considerably change their line up, they still had top level footballers like Diaz, Chiesa and Nunes on the pitch for the latter stages of the game. | ![](/images/avatars/26374.gif) | | ![](/images/icons/ignore-user.png) |

Plymouth on 17:15 - Feb 9 by GaryBannister86 | A problem for who? Give them a vote now, I bet they would take beating Liverpool over staying up? What if they win the 5th round too? They've got a lifetime memory. That's what it is all about. Who the heck remembers league games in the championship a couple of years later? And, as we always say, why can't you do both? Why can't you put your full side out in the cup and then play the same full side in the league game the following week? It's just trendy sports science drivel and gives managers the excuse to throw the cup. Or Jimmy Dunne the case in point. We rested a bloke we tried to flog 2 weeks later. And yes, I am still bitter. |

Millwall are a good FA Cup side. They take it more seriously than we do for sure. | ![](/images/avatars/0.gif) | | ![](/images/icons/ignore-user.png) |
