Yes, as said before they funnel back and allow us the easy possession in our half.
I think our lack of attacking threat is a lot to do with Wallace being held back in a left back position, Kakay hasn't had the quality of possession and link up play that the left side has produced lately.

I do agree, that said Field has been quite safe with his ball playing out from the back, I did expect him to be a bit more incisive and forward thinking. He might do as the game progresses and he becomes more comfortable.

Everyone seems off it, and Ball is obviously having a stinker, but the Johansen is the one playing furthest below is standards. Everything looks half arsed and he’s not doing much work off the ball.
