The 'Silent T' Match Thread 08:58 - Feb 1 with 56120 viewsDorse

My record in starting match threads is something akin to falling down an open sewer to avoid walking under a ladder but here goes:

I would expect a result today. Preferably a win but failing that, a draw. However, a loss is also possible,

'What do we want? We don't know! When do we want it? Now!'

Just imagine what that away end would of been like tonight

Brilliant performance and I don't really remember Seny having to make save

Kane, Ball, Barbet and Austin all fantastic tonight

Shame no fans.
Can you imagine how mental that away end would have been.
I lost it in the bedroom - received a reprimand

Huge result. Huge.

And deserved.

We were the better side.

Class from Adomah at the end. But I just love that Austin finish. Anticipation is just excellent. Reads it all the way and BOOM. That is what we’ve been missing.

Dickie faultless at the back, especially when bringing the ball out. Looking better than our midfielders in possession!

Kane and Chair had very good games and Willock was excellent after his introduction. Abd the first big positive contribution from Thomas!

Very pleasing. I still think we are carrying Cameron, who is a liability, and we need a better left back/wing back. But very pleasing.

Working on a presentation for a job interview tomorrow and nearly tossed my laptop with excitement after the second goal.

"Where's your presentation?"
"Sorry, wasn't able to finish... Uncle slotted one in and I went mad."

Well done boys

If you watched game with no knowledge you would have thought rangers were the team challenging at the top...

Impressed

Surprised as well but keep it up boys

Enjoyed that. Top banana..

And well done Uncle Albert and Chris Willock too.

There was one save in the first half that Seny would like you to remember,...I reckon!

Very enjoyable. Apart from the penalty blunders we looked like a team tonight. Moved the ball quicker, absolutely essential.

Also makes a difference if you’ve a set of pros out there when you go a goal behind.

Just the one real save from Seny, but it was a great save!

In the first half he turned a header from a corner onto the bar.

Really pleased for Warbs. Felt he was on the edge but objectively he's pulled off some excellent results recently and truth is we should've beaten Norwich too had BOS put that chance in.
Massive challenges ahead though, both now and this summer.

Bare bones.

Absolutely deserved & we've still not lost to the three clubs relegated from The Premier!

I liked the look of Johansen& have a feeling that he will be a real positive for us.

Just a shame that we're at home on Saturday!

Wow! The league looks better now. What a great win and so great not only to win away but to come from behind.

We looked good tonight, I thought. It's easy to moan about individuals but we should probably just enjoy 3 away wins on the bounce and a team that looks radically improved from that horrible run of 10 games without a win.

‘morbid curiosity about where this is all going’

Yes glad we weren't trigger happy with Warburton.

We got keep this going though.

Only disappointment today was our captain who is not a defender.

Feared the worst after the penalty but nearly all our team performed above previous showings.

Was good see Jo Lumley with a big beaming smile at the end for Adomoah. That suggests all the squad on the same page and clearly that's so important also...

Good observation. It’s the rough and tumble games we really come unstuck on, the Blackburn’s and Prestons.
