Adel mugging our muggy fans off AGAIN! 20:31 - Aug 30 with 10834 viewsfreddieeddie

Was quite embarrassed today seeing grown men so happy to see Taraabt come on, clapping, cheering, worshipping him.

I think he has been very disrespectful to the club. We pay him decent money every week and he couldn't be bothered to get in shape pre-season to help our club. He clearly thinks he is too good for us and wants out. I was shocked seeing him warm up, he looks so out of shape.

Biggest cheer of the day was when he came on, I just stopped clapping when he ran on. Grown men chanting his name.

Then as soon as the final whistle blew he walked straight off, he didn't shake anyone's hand or acknowledge the crowd once, utter disgrace. Every chance that could be the last time he plays for us and that's what he thought of your support today. I just want him out.

He is clearly sulking as he wants out, our club are doing the right thing wanting what he is worth. Maybe the lazy fat bellied arrogant boy should have worked his fat backside off over the last few months to make clubs want him.

Adel is a massive talent and If he got that shot off at the end when 3 defenders were round him it wilt have made it 2-0.

Apparently he had to get away to the airport for some reason, probably pick his mum up on the morocco flight.

Adel mugging our muggy fans off AGAIN! on 22:54 - Aug 30 by QPR_ARG

Played one minute and stats show he tried two take-ons and succeeded in one of them. Tried a shot and was blocked.

Tracked back and was recovering a ball just outside our own box when Giaccherini faked a foul after a head-first "tackle" by Barton (there was a bit of contact, but Giaccherini was already going down to try and earn a free-kick).

Ran up field following Matt Phillips near the corner flag and was angry he didn't pass him the ball and lost it for a goal-kick to Sunderland (which ended up going the other way and out for a Sunderland corner-kick that could have been costly for us).

He certainly didn't look like he doesn't care about QPR.

But hey...whatever he does, he gets abused here. Other players go to Twitter and have goes at the club and nobody gets offended.

FFS! Remy goes for a medical at Liverpool and fails. We all welcome him with open arms. Sulks through the first two games (most touches in opposing box in the entire Premier League -no goals, mind-), then is rumoured to be going to Chelsea and yet...people seem to be hoping he fails another medical and comes back.

I didn't know Adel was synonym of cancer. I just can't find another explanation for the hatred towards him.

Arg don't give stats and facts!! Rangers fans don't like them

Adel is like the fittest girl at school/college who you finally get to go out with who then dumps you when a better bet comes along (nicer car, richer parents etc) only to pick you back up when things go wrong then dump you again when the next better thing comes along - repeat ad infinitum. Meanwhile everyone else wonders why you put up with it.

Has anyone considered the fact that he might genuinely have had somewhere to be!?

The guy wants to go back to Milan clearly but if he's here for until January then we need to stick by him and Harry and Hoddle need to get him fit and firing and push his value up to somewhere close to it's true amount.

I thought he did ok when he came on, honestly not bothered about how he walks off the pitch and where he drives to after the game

As has been the case with Taarabt for several seasons now, 1. He doesn't want to be here, 2. He's carrying more timber than Wickes.

Sort those issues out and clearly he becomes an effective squad member.

The problem with Adel is his attitude, it stinks like a spoilt petulent child.
What was he thinking of returning pre-season so fat that he had to be isolated to train alone? Disrespectful to QPR certainly, but effing stoopid to himself with potential opportunities he has sought and partially achieved at Milan. He's his own worst enemy. This excuse for him yesterday, he 'had somewhere else to be' is a classic. Where else have you got to be on a Premier League match day and is your head on the game? ffs
I suspect he will still be with us come Tuesday, and if can shift the weight, we may see signs of his brilliance in the weeks ahead, but it wont last. He's just not right in the head. When he wears the Hoops I'll back him, but with the likes of Fer improving we have better, more stable influences turning up, and for me Adel is largely part of the past.

To be back in home on time to watch the new series of X Factor I expect.

I like a lot of fans, live in the hope that he might put aside his childish petulance and put in a decent shift now and then. He doesn't have to score, just play well and be part of the team and not turn up and play like some deluded individual. As someone mentioned earlier, one good season we had out of him. My patience with him is running thin wondering if we might get another 'good' season out of him.

There aint half been some clever bastards.

I'm guessing he probably had the hump as he was told he would be involved and only got a minute or two.

Even Adel probably wouldn't bring himself on to protect a one goal lead. He would have been on earlier if we'd been chasing the game or more than a goal up.

Maradona, Gazza and Best all delivered regularly at the highest level. Adel has not. Ridiculous comparison.

In my fifty years purgatory that is supporting Rangers he is the most skilful player to wear our shirt. Not, I stress, the best player, but when on song, completely unplayable and mesmerising.
Now it's obvious that there are many issues surrounding him, but do any of us actually know the truth?
Still only 25, didn't you wish that Morocco were in the WC Finals just so that maybe he would score the goal of the tournament, and you could turn around to all the football experts in the pub and say' Told ya.'?
His debut goal for Milan after only two minutes showed just this.
We all wish he was humble as Messi seems to be, and would knuckle down like we all like to think we would if in his boots. Maybe he is arrogant and nuts, but he is fukkin brilliant as well, and I hope he is still our player after the deadline passes.

Doesn't matter what he does now really, down in our history as a legend in my book and many other books. Just about got us promoted on his own that year, legend, leave it, done and gone. Glad I was there to see such talent on our pitch.

You say 'leave it' yet you bring it up after 2 months :)

Footballing wise and the memories I have of him in that season I love him like the rest of our fans.

His attitude though stinks, hence why he is still at QPR and not playing for a top team at home or abroad.

We don't get to hear half of what goes on behind the scenes but I back Harry's judgement over this 100%. I couldn't believe how fat Adel looked when he warmed up as a sub against Hull or Sunderland. He IS mugging us fans off. Sooner AT & SWP go the better.

We had the best defence in the entire country. Taarabt was nothing to do with that.
