It would explain why the BBC are covering it so extensively. From a bit of snow in the UK to wildfires in the US, they hang in there with a view to push the climate change agenda. They know people are sick of the full frontal approach so have moved onto this cause and effect scenario in the hope we’re too blindsided to realise. I am really tired of our establishment bludgeoning us into submission with this constant psychological warfare. Not just climate change, a whole range of things. |

As I recall we’ve had a number of bums from Oz, in fact I’m struggling to remember a successful one. Think Ned Kelly was the first of many, they all came full of eastern promise, no more thanks. |

It’s improved significantly since we had movement up front instead of Celar and movement in midfield largely due to Morgan’s addition. With movement comes space. First 15 games the lack of presence up front allowed back lines to push up and lack of movement off the ball in defence and midfield made it very simple for oppos to close us down as far as our own area. Unnecessary two touch becomes one touch and miraculously you start looking like a football team. |

The problem with Frey is how long will he stay fit. We can’t have a disappearing act for half of every season, especially as lone striker. Definitely decent when he is on call though. |

Wasn’t there a particularly good one against spurs I think. Ball boy doing keepy uppys in front of a spurs player near the corner flag then kicking it into the crowd. Might have been the same game but up the other end where Gareth Bale went half way up the lower loft to retrieve the ball as the fans wouldn’t give it back. Fun times |

I’m trying to imagine what it’s like going to Hull. Not just for football, I mean any time of year. |

Ah ok, didn’t realise it was that much. Could mean anywhere between £180-£285,000 extra income from Leicester game, which is pretty good. Might even cover a fair portion of Tyler Richards salary if we win, which makes me warm inside. |
| Forum Reply | Predict the team for the cup game at 09:19 7 Jan 2025
Indeed. We probably pay more in wages getting cover for injuries than we ever earn out of FA Cup games. I imagine a trip to Leicester barely covers the costs involved. |

On an unbelievable two points a game over the last eleven games but don’t look at the eight points look at the total you need to get by the end of the season and that would mean keeping this same incredible run going for another 20 games and even then you’d miss out most seasons! |

They’ve had four games over the 12 days after Christmas, If any of them need a rest, then rest them. Was Smyth ill last night, he looked done the whole time he was out there. |

Luton have got a couple of decent forwards who have scored more than any of ours, despite their position. Worried the CBs might struggle tonight. Hopeful 1-1. |
| Forum Reply | Your best and worst ever QPR moment witnessed as a fan and as an armchair fan !! at 17:52 5 Jan 2025
Worst by some distance was sitting in front of the tackle at Fulham and the outcome which broke Martyn Busbys leg. To this day when sitting watching Rangers I still have some kind of tic where I instinctively lift my leg off the floor when I see a sliding impact tackle coming in on one of ours. Too many best moments but BZ play off winner and Clive Allen’s winner in the FA cup semi final spring to mind. |
| Forum Reply | Snowing at 08:39 5 Jan 2025
It’s like one long comedy sketch watching the BBC telling us how terrible the snow is. Reporter in Leeds seemed to be inside someone’s garden trying to find something you could at least make a footprint in. Desperately trying to find something to say he then warned that as the temperature rise there’s then the inevitable risk of flooding, somehow, from the inch of snow that has landed. When did everything turn so pathetic. |

If I’d have known that I wouldn’t have included Southend in my top half accumulator |
| Forum Reply | best london derby qpr you've seen.....home and away. at 08:20 4 Jan 2025
The ones that stick in my mind were the 0-0 at home to West Ham and the 3-2 win away at West Ham, all within possibly a few weeks of each other at the start of the 1973 season. Really felt that, for the first time, we’d genuinely arrived. |
