Totally disagree with aceofthebase re Cedric, when used properly he's a great overlapping player with a good cross on him, also agree with loisdeem re Gabbiadini. Personally I want to know where is the leader on the pitch coming from, I don't see any natural leader in the team!! |

Seem to be lots of options re; manager but for me we urgently need a leader on the pitch, yes SD is a nice guy and Ireland captain but lets be honest most and certainly the top 6 prem sides could beat them. So who else in the team has the go get and organisation to be captain ? nobody. |

Gobbledegeek if we continue as we have we will no longer have a goal difference to save us. To my mind we lack leadership both on and off the field, there is nobody in the team capable of being a captain/leader, SD is a nice bloke and that is his problem, likewise in the boardroom, WHO is in charge. Ralph-Kat-Gao !!! it appears nobody is or MP would have gone before xmas, if we made a mistake with Puel it has been compounded with Pelligrino, he hasn't a clue about the English game who his best players are or what position to play them in, no wonder they look lost on the pitch. |

Well here we are sitting in the bottom three with little chance of moving out today more likely to have more humiliation heaped upon us. I like many others was hopefull this manager would energise and organise the players, instead he has confused and demotivated them, no idea of what his best team is or where to play them, always out of best position (except goalkeeper), and never sure whether they are going to get on the pitch. His subs are always confusing to me and always too late to affect the game. Tend to agree with redandwhitedee on players. |

IanRC, don't take it out on Yoshi, VVD was culpable for at least two Leicester goals, glad to see him on the bench and won't be sorry when he goes. MP needs to make any subs much earlier they are always too late to be effective and I agree his team selections are strange, we have a good poacher in Gabbi but let him run around getting good positions and not give him service, then sub him for Charlie and suddenly there's service, very strange and won't be surprised if he hands in transfer request. |
