Whatever happened to Trevor Sinclair?

Greetings from the Land of Oz. Just wondering if someone could tell me whatever happened to Trevor Sinclair? In my first-ever experience of watching my beloved R's Sinclair was a standout and no doubt destined for great things... even as a youngster. Why do we keep producing great young players... for other clubs?

Going down to West Ham... Can things get any worse? Honestly fellas. What is ahppening over there? Ian Holloway would be Top 10 with that squad! Talk about 'too many downhill skiers!' Suggest a teaspoon of cement in their Gatorade to help them all 'harden up' a little. Disgusting start to the season. Seems mediocrity has a new champion!
