Ugh. I'm in the middle of the Virgin Media renewal dance.
I had to speak to a lady somewhere in India called REIGN (okay, Reign, whatever) as she took 15 minutes a time to offer me three SHIT renewal prices.
Currently paying £54 for 350Mbps and the not totally basic TV package.
Auto-renewal price was £91 a month (go f**k your dad, Branson). She offered me like 88, 85 and then ultimately got down to £77 for internet SLOWER than I have now.
Eventually after an hour OF THIS HORSESHIT I get put through to Mr. Disinterested in retentions who eventually gets it down to £66 for the same SLOWER speed.

So I've cancelled and am now playing a game of chicken that possibly ends with me and my wife having a real problem working from home. F**k it though. I'm not letting them win.
And because I live in a semi-rural village there's literally no competition. Hmph!
