I'm someone who has always liked to shoot the breeze with people around me at a game, but at my first ever game sat with my dad as ST holders, I asked someone behind me did he not think his character assassination of a player 30 seconds in the match was a tad unfair when they got a poor pass.
"Do you wanna fcking go??????". Was sat was his kid too. I was like err no, I do not.
A pal of mine once said something that's stayed with me about arguments and difficult conversations "Depends what you want to get out of it". It's super annoying when you get someone near you who is dribbling or being unrelentingly negative (as opposed to base level negative all QPR fans are entitled to) but there's no real upside to trying to thrash it out, especially these days when everyone's geared up, so I just take some deep breaths |

Yeah ref was class. We give it out so we should applaud when it's good.
From my view I instantly knew it was red - everyone around me was slightly confused at why I was suddenly screaming HES GOT TO GO. But I love the ref, taking a moment, then making the call |

I find Ben Wheatley stuff a coin toss, but when he hits, it's incredible.
However I watched his new zombie show on C4 last night and it was absolute garbage. |

Didn't go to a game but at this restaurant I had one of my favourite ever meals

Sorry Dave, I didn't mean to seem like I was singling you out, it's more a general vibe, at the ground shout "he's worse than Washington". Guy behind me is saying it non stop and I'm finding it quite grating. Maybe he will be, but we have to find out first and tbh he already looks better than Washington who was always miles away from play [Post edited 23 Oct 11:22]
