Maybe I’m too sceptical after hearing the same thing with so many previous managers that are put in the front media line and told to tow the line and cover Jenkins inadequacies. I’d hoped GP be a more honest about lack of support, but maybe that’s naive on my part. I’ll be glad when all the windows close, so Potter can focus on the squad he’s got whatever the obvious gaps.

Yup free be the next false promises, like the Mulumbu guy that’s gone to Celtic who I suspect we didn’t seriously speak to. Until January when we’ll sell any players that have any value.
