What does Diablo offer for the life of me l just don’t see anything. The only positive was Haaland only scoring one other than we were pretty pathetic never looked like scoring which is nothing new, time for RH to move on.

Well that was all utterly predictable. You expect City to play well and score goals. What disappointed me was that we never got after their defence to try to create something and at least get a consolation score. Again predictable perhaps, but this lack of attacking quality is starting to get old ….

How far has competition on this league dropped that I'm relieved with a 4-0 loss.

When will he be sacked or leave he has absolutely lost it. Since watching saints since 1946 this team must be one of the worst. Hazelnut hasn’t a clue to be a manager. I can only thank Man City manager for substituting his young lads so we didn’t loose by more

Well this game just shows the gap between the bottom half teams and the top. I personally would have played 5-4-1 to clog the back and midfield, which might have helped but would have been boring to watch. Hey Manure were 4-0 at half, so that is a bright spot. On to the next.

Not a game to be too judgemental about as it was a result that most expected, many with a bigger score line.
However some things stick out, Diallo is not up to this level at present. Stu Armstrong is well below par and JWP is struggling in a deeper role. And the gaps behind our full backs when they push up seem to be massive?
We have two home games coming up which will undoubtedly settle Ralphs future. We are desperately short of a finisher, wouldn't have made a difference today but in our last two games most certainly would have. This needs to be addressed in January whoever is in charge!

Not too sure what anyone was really expecting at an in form Man City with an out of form Saints team. Miracles can happen tho, just not today.

We had a few good spells but any poor control or miss hit pass was punished.

Really Really needed that new striker in the summer. We had no shots on target. The usual Armstrong and Adams hard work but nothing clinical or composed.

All though against a normal team 4-0 would suggest otherwise, Bazunu, ABK and Salisu were really good. Full backs kept get caught out of position tho which was clearly something Pep had targeted. What do you do tho against Man City try to hit them or sit back and let them run at you?

This was not a game to say Ralph in or out. Will have to see how we fare against next few teams.

COYR.
