Well same stupid mistakes killing us again,we are not good enough to keep playing this way in this league.Problem is the manager is not going to change because he would have to admit he is wrong.Keep this way of playing and We Will be relegated, on the bright side Dibling looks like a breath of fresh air,in a heartbeat he should start over Smallbone. At the back Harwood-Bellis is really struggling,Ramsdale must wonder what he’s got himself into.COYR.

Defending on a scale that is hard to believe
If this continues it’s going a severe depressing season
Any idiot knows we ain’t got the players to attempt this style of play
Championship yes
Premier league. Never

Martin's false and inept method was simple fare for a seasoned, no nonsense Brentford. The definition of madness is to keep doing the same thing that fails, over and over again. The subs all show the teams' potential if they played in a more pragmatic way.

The good news: (1) Great goal! (2) Dibling a star in the making (3) Ramsdale a great in transfer - big, mouthy ‘keeper, great shot stopper, decent with his feet. The game : We threw it away yet again, though fair to say Brentford played very well and sussed out early all our weaknesses. Players - especially Bednarek and Stephens - have to take as much of the blame as the manager for the tippy tappy nonsensical defensive play. That needs to be fixed urgently, maybe the 5 at the back has to be ditched. Individuals - Aribo was good, at least went forward through the lines. Sugawara good on the overlap, created more than most. Fernandes can clearly play a bit and should start. Early subs took off the poorest performers in the first half. Not sure if Smallbone cuts it at this level. Armstrong, what can you say? I feel for the lad, but the fall off from last season is pretty dramatic. No confidence, pace or strength on the ball, but if he puts thst chance away, maybe the trajectory changes?

Lallana in, Smallbone out. Dibling in, Armstrong out. Fernades in, Aribo out....and that is just for starter!.......and stop the suicidal defending tactics!

It would have been a kindness to have off loaded Armstrong to a championship side because it's going to painful for him as well as us if he is given more starts.

Everyone except RM knew that possession football was going to end up with us giving away some goals cheaply but I didn't expect it to be every game.

We have some good players and have made some good signings so given the right tactics we should comfortably survive.

How long or whether it will even happen that we adapt very significantly will be the key.

If we don't win any of the next 2 games Martin needs to be Sacked. The new players we now have should be starting and the deadwood like Stephens and Smallbone should not be in the team!!! McCarthy and Stephens got us relegated last time they are not good enough for the Premier League.

Messing around at the back is not going to create chances at the other end, it is nonsense to play like we have and expect it to work for us, even poor sides can suss out this tactic. We get pressed and errors occur, errors in front of our goal, surely Martin can see this is suicidal in the premiership.
We then slowly advance and pass the ball 20 yards from their penalty area sideways back and forth. The opposition snaps at our heels, steals the ball, and makes quick breaks toward our goal while we race back and try to defend.
This cannot continue!
We are doomed if we do not change tactics, Martin are you out of your depth?
An unambitious team selected, a few good changes but some first selected should not be even named subs

RM is adament that we will not change the style of play from last season but he has changed it by going to a back 3 or 5 Let's return to 4 3 3 as we did at Cardiff I thought the Wednesday game was supposed to give him an idea of who was ready to start out of the newbies So why didn't he start Archer Ramirez and Dibling,
Stevens needs to be a club captain and not a team captain I don't think Bednarek and THB trust him and he was involved in 2 of the give aways

Sack RM now to give us a fighting chance of staying up, else we'll be relegated by Xmas.
Bring in a manager who can see like everybody else that Stevens, Slowbone & Armstrong aren't up to the PL.
Hopefully they will scrap this suicidal playing out from the back at all costs which at this level we just can't do.

If we are to continue this aberration that is playing out from the back then why isn't Edwards playing? He is extremely comfortable on the ball & passes well, I would prefer to play safe when required though!
The other point is why does Aribo score so highly compared to his contribution, he runs around and covers a lot of ground but he is supposed to be an attacking midfielder. Seen little evidence of that. Smallbone looks out of his depth which is disappointing as I really thought he would be comfortable at this level. We need a plan B & a back four to allow us to play with a stronger midfield. JS stepping into defensive midfield to assist is obviously not working so why not play another defensive midfielder and allow the FB's a bit more latitude?
I really feel that RM will change his tactics eventually, pig headiness isn't a positive, just hope it doesn't take too long. We have a reasonably balanced squad but our current system doesn't allow them to perform in ways that suit them?
