Got to be Scott Parker hasn't it? Available as far as I know. Mass of experience in this league and what is it, two or three promotions with clubs with less potential. Whether he would work with our present Board is something else though. |

Just to prove how long I've suffered supporting Saints Don Roper (who even in the forties and fifties) was miles better than anyone we have now! |

Agree with all of that Matt but the trouble is who else is available who is willing to come? Actually JM's record suggests he might restore some togetherness and morale amongst the players so they all raise their game. Hopefully those who can't will be sent packing at the end of the season as we prepare for another season in the Premier League! |

Clearly those who selected and appointed NJ have a lot to learn about picking the right candidate. I think NJ had a huge personality problem, hence demoting his more experienced and capable players to the B team; his way of demonstrating he was better than them. I would suggest that in the next selection process they ensure they pick someone who has a proven record of good relationships with his employers and his players. Perhaps they should enlist the help of a specialist recruiter. I think there is still hope of avoiding the drop but we do need to have a manager who can inspire from Day 1. |

Well, the travelling fans at Brentford were shouting at NJ 'you don't know what you're doing'. Seems to me that applies equally to the Management or whoever was or is responsible for hiring or keeping him. If RH had had these reinforcements at the beginning of the season we would be mid-table by now. From the start we have gone from Relegation = Unlikely to Possible to Probable to Certain. Let's hope they sort it out before Saturday! COYR |

I'm not sure whether he is working elsewhere at the moment but surely Saints and Mauricio Pottecino (spelling?) is a marriage made in heaven. Who better to bring on youngsters? |

He would be a brilliant addition on a free transfer at the right wage level. A penalty area to penalty area midfielder who we have been missing since Alan Ball, Jimmy Case and most of all Steve Williams. And by all reports a model professional. |
