A painful but compelling report Clive, thank you, I do fear for your sanity for the the next nine months if it stays like this, I hope you have a good holiday booked already.
I found your comment "We were only able to tempt somebody with Ainsworth’s record because he loves the club and wanted the job" rather poignant , I wonder how many weekends of abuse/spleen venting like the last he will have to endure before that 'love' is gone for good.
I hope for our sake and his that he can turn it around soon but I suspect he won't get anywhere near the time needed to do what he did with Wycombe. |

BirminghamLive (hardly the most unbiased on online publications I'll concede) only rated him a 6 ............
Granted he showed real glimpses of class but spends too much time trying to be a budget Ronaldo than playing to his potential, shame really, or lucky for us..... |
