Your last paragraph - absolutely no chance. This fella is quite simply not capable of playing at this level, nor the one below in all likelihood. Lazy, disinterested, and lacking in ability. Be lucky if good enough for L2 |

And that's what makes the Celar thing so so so bad - the cn ut doesn't even make an effort to do anything at all. Strolls about doing absolutely nothing. Worse than a dead sheep |

I think he is the worst professional footballer I have ever seen. Zero ability, zero effort. Whoever thought it was a good idea to sign him should never work in football again |

I think I would go so far as to say Celar is the worst professional footballer I have ever seen. Zero ability and, even worse, zero effort |

They are in the equivalent of men's League 2 (Div 4 in old money), so 3 promotions to the WSL. |

Whoever that 'friend' is, what an absolute cn ut to release the videos. |

I think most managers would be out if their depth here, such is the continual mess created by the board/owners with their terrible decision making |

Not sure why anyone would bother with a season ticket after this season. Whole thing is too uncertain. May as well just pick the few Saturday 3pms to go to and fcuk the rest off |

Yes you are correct that Austin was a terrible pro. However, Warburton's signings of Hendrick, Sanderson and Gray was also a disaster which nearly got us relegated. Those 3 were awful players and completely unsettled the squad (as evidenced by the terrible losing run we went on immediately after we signed them). Warburton is definitely NOT the answer, just like Nourry is not the answer. I think L1 under MC may be the answer. |

If the owners genuinely want to spend (waste?) a load more money trying to make us competitive at a Championship and above level, the best thing that can happen now is relegation to League 1 so the financial shackles are released completely and they can spend as much as they like building a squad. If they have no intention of chucking even more money at it then relegation could be disastrous. The former (relegation and free of financial shackles) could be a good thing, but that's only if they get it right (and, remember, they've got nothing right in 10+ years). In.the current circumstances, given the financial situation now with all the money wasted on the Summer signings, I think this could be the most favourable all round scenario. The latter (relegation, with no intention of spending any more money) could see us sink even lower. Either way, in the circumstances I think relegation in the next couple of years is perhaps inevitable. [Post edited 10 Nov 4:55]

I certainly wouldn't be sacking MC. He's on a new long term contract and would be expensive to sack. IMO he stays, no matter what. He can then try to get us promoted back to the Champ next season (unless he resigns in the meantime when he realises he's not going to get sacked no matter what happens). Sacking MC will achieve absolutely nothing - it'll just cost lots of £££ and make us less well equipped to go for promotion to the Champ next season. I would, however, be firing Nourry, Belk and Hoos this evening [Post edited 9 Nov 17:12]

The thing is, what do we do now? There is no way this squad is escaping relegation. I'm at a loss. Whatever we do, it will be too little too late. There is no way back this season. The damage has been done. |

I'd say so. Can't really blame him I guess (although he shouldn't really have signed a new contract if he wasn't happy with what was happening at the club with signings etc) |

Well, this has been just as bad as Tuesday night. Leeds playing a training game, thankfully. This squad is as poor as the relegation squad of 2000/01, and it's going to suffer the same fate. Can't see a way back. Offloading all the new signings in Jan and replacing them all will come too late |

Can't agree with that. They are sh1te too. Not one player signed this Summer appears to be anywhere even near good enough to play at this level [Post edited 9 Nov 16:36]

I think the fact is that, despite not being great themselves, Begovic, Dykes, Armstrong, Willock and Hayden were still all streets ahead of the players we have replaced them with. This team is awful, and is still likely to be awful when some of the injured return. Without 5 or 6 new players of good, proven Championship standard, I just can't see how we're avoiding the drop this season. It's beyond woeful [Post edited 9 Nov 16:21]
