Re Dunne, never mind that Millwall game, not long after in the Bournemouth cup game he looked utterly bereft. Couldn't put one foot in front of the other.
Hope we can something sorted with him but if not then so be it, that's football. |

I had no idea he had a youth career at Liverpool!
He's a strange one, I've always thought he's looked neat and tidy when he's played, could probably do a job in a lower Championship or an L1 team; and yet the current manager clearly doesn't fancy him so why hasn't he looked elsewhere or even taken a loan if offered? |

Yes I like this direction as well - clearly youth is the way to go certainly in terms of future development and sell on value. Although from a first team perspective you do still need a couple of older heads to guide the younger ones.
Focus on the 18-21 age group, hopefully it means we can be more ruthless in terms of who we keep and let go, and we're not stuck with those players aged 22 and older who clearly aren't going to make it at Championship level. |
