shouldn't that be fewer?

I have had pedantry drilled into me by my wife's family. It's not my fault!

How do you feel about Marti post-Leicester?
at 19:38 14 Jan 2025

I don't get wound up by this stuff, and of course you're right, I don't have to engage (and I generally don't).

But I find it interesting that a lot of the discourse I see on this site often has you somewhere in amongst it. That may be coincidence or may not be. May be deliberate, may not be.

None of it's really important though and I'm sure we won't be losing any sleep over this.

Have a good evening

I don't post much on here, but do read avidly. I don't know the OP or anything about him/her other than what they post. I don't know if its intentional or not, but it does seem that a lot of their posts and replies are positioned as bait. Seems a bit unnecessary to me but each to their own I guess. For me, personally, I find it quite tedious.

A mist opportunity as Foxes hit QPR for six – Report
at 11:52 13 Jan 2025

I was wondering about that - was it definitely due to the rugby? If so, that's ridiculous as that didn't even kick off until 8pm.

I assumed it was just due to general nonsense of the FA Cup scheduling as it is nowadays.

On the plus side, we got home an hour earlier :)

best london derby qpr you've seen.....home and away.
at 09:05 4 Jan 2025

Most been mentioned already but 4-2 v Chelsea in 89 - that Falco volley was brilliant.
4-1 v Tottenham in 92.
And both the Arsenal cup games in 90; the 0-0 away wasn’t a great game but I remember how well Paul Parker played and couldn’t believe how high he could jump for someone not particularly tall. The replay of course, Kenny’s piledriver in the pouring rain. Lovely stuff.
I remember the 3-2 defeat away at Millwall in 88 as well for very different reasons

well he was never in the Clash so it would've been odd if he had played on Rock The Casbah

Most dramatic fall

Eduardo Vargas perhaps? Looked pretty decent at first and then........

Could throw Loic Remy into the mix as well.

One who started shockingly and never improved would be Chris Samba. Even though I believe we recouped the £12m transfer fee when we sold him that has to be right up there in the worst deals we've done as a club

QPR finally taste home victory as Norwich get Kolli-wobbles – Report
at 19:31 9 Dec 2024

Great report, thanks. We were directly in front of the Ashby hand ball and it was as nailed on a penalty as I’ve ever seen. We definitely got away with one there. Even better seeing Norwich going into meltdown as a result!
Kolli was great, but I’ve seen some nonsense posted here n here and elsewhere about how we need to ‘break the bank’, ‘give him whatever he’s asking for’ etc.

He’s 19, unproven as yet and we should just calm down and see what he can do. Yea he looked lively and scored 2, but Gunn was probably worthy of an assist for both of them

Tattoos. Used to be vehemently anti. Couldn't see the point (still can't tbh) and thought that anyone having them done 'cos they're individual' was sort of missing the point.

Now I couldn't really care either way. It's your body, do what you want with it.

And also, some of them do look pretty good. Never thought I'd say that a few years ago.
