Exactly - aren't they playing to the manager's tune though? |

But the football is not good to watch - I find most matches 'frustrating' and the players don't seem to play with any belief in the manager's approach to the game. |

I'm starting to think I agree with that. With the new ownership, the BOD and the squad that we now have, we just need a manager, who knows what's needed in this league, even if he's not a nice guy! |

Perhaps the defensive players could give us a sign to wake up when they're about to 'gerrit forrard'? |

'Tippy tappy tripe' sums it up very well - and I'm paying £300+ a year to see it. Could we try and play at home the same as we do away, when I've had much better 'value for money'? |

It would have been better if the 'normal' commentator had the better microphone. |

It was better without the shambles of a commentary. Any chance of getting some money back if you bought a package from NLTV?? (joking!) |

SG seems to be carrying out his role as a chairman in the same way as an airline pilot controls his aircraft, in other words, he doesn't operate as the member of a team. |

I agree. As simply fans and supporters, we've 'been in the dark' about how the club is run since pre-Covid times and we're no better off now. |

But you did well to get seats in that ridiculously small away seating area!! |

Our BOD seem to be adopting the 'mushroom' approach to management, i.e. keep everyone in the dark and pile **** on them occasionally. |

I agree with TS about it being good leadership that's required in all areas, but we haven't had any since Chris Dunphy and Keith Hill. Currently, I would suggest we only have one open, honest dedicated leader, with commitment and integrity - Jim McNulty. [Post edited 4 Jan 2024 11:21]

The area for clogmaking in Rochdale was Lowerplace, off Oldham Road/Kingsway/Queensway. Walking on the cobbled streets in clogs produced a painful slip (off a cobble) that made the hard leather top edge of the clog cut into the ankle and the ankle to turn over - this was called 'a cruckle'. |

Sometimes, I wonder if 'the administration people' at the club attend matches and actually witness the goings on, with large away crowds, for themselves? |
