Why haven't they mentioned the other teams who rested players. Arsenal did the same because they have a midweek European tie like us. The difference being they won. The worst team on the weekend were Southampton, they played a weakened side and didn't even try to win even though they have nothing else to play for this season.
I would have loved to win the FA cup but you need luck to do that as well and we had none this year, we had difficult away ties each round and would have had another one in the next round. I think we had a good cup run, it's not as if we went out to lower league opposition at home like Fulham or Villa |

Was really looking forward to this game, thought we would win the cup this year. It's not an awful team but there are too many players who aren't match fit. Would have liked less changes to keep the momentum up but you never know in the cup, maybe Lita can nick a last minute winner and we'll put a stronger side out in the quarters. |

Sunderland. Don't get many chances to back the underdog as a neutral now. I think they'll be ok win or lose the final anyway, definitely 3 worse sides than them in the league. |

Liverpool did it in early 2000s I think when they beat Alaves in the uefa cup final and won both cups in the same year and I think Chelsea may have done it in the late 90s |

I think someone mentioned signing Ricardo Quaresma on a free. He has never and will never live up to his potential, wouldn't be good enough for us and will probably want a big wage. He'd be more of a QPR 2012 signing I think |

I'd say this has definitely been the best transfer window for the Swans. We've got cover in every position now and didn't lose any big players. Previously when we've made good signings we've also lost players from the side so it was more like for like changes.
I've heard a lot of people say we should get out of Europe asap because it'll affect our league form but we've got more than enough quality now to rotate and have a team good enough to win on Thursday and win our prem game on the Sunday. |

I think he'd be a very good addition to the squad provided he doesn't complain about not playing every week. Hopefully he will have learnt a lesson from the QPR debacle. I'd be a little bit worried about us having no strikers every other January when African cup of nations rolls around though. |

I think it's something to do with them signing up to the European television directive so they get European programmes on cable instead of the Arab channels or something. So in the eyes of Telly land they are European. Graham Norton mentions it everytime Israel or Kazakhstan sing on Eurovision. |

Is the draw on TV. Will it be as long as the champions league draw? No one could unscrew the pots the teams were in during that draw. Haven't they ever had a kinder egg |
