| Forum Thread | D C UTD a few similarities at 13:10 9 Oct 2020
Not that I care a bit about DC United but was just watching Sky Sports News, it was showing the league Tables for the US leagues, I see they are bottom. So what? Well of course they are owned by the same dooshbags, Investment hedge funds do t make great football clubs custodians for they. |

It’s almost 10 years since we got promoted, it was an incredible journey. On Sky sports they were showing our cup final win yesterday it was titled a retro game in the description by sky. It brought home how quickly time passes , it was amazing seeing that game again, I know it was only Bradford but the football we played that year was first class. The last few years has been really more about what has happened off the pitch than on it, My son is 6 now and he watched the game with me on sky. He asked me why aren’t we as good as the team on TV? That question from a 6 year old I could not answer simply, You could probably write a book over the reasons. I hope he gets to see us in the premier league in his lifetime, I never thought I would . Yes they are impressive, more like coaching staff are getting the best out of those players, I think man for man with the right coaching we are better Rowett v our manager? |
| Forum Thread | Who would you have replace Cooper? at 09:27 12 Feb 2020
We are obviously skint so it’s far to say it’s better to look at maybe ex players with an affinity to the club who locally and remember the way we used to play, although it’s getting harder to remember that it seems so long ago. I would go for Leon and Rangel , both love the club I think they would be no worse than Cooper, at least even if we were shit they would no bore us to death with this fooookking awful football. |
| Forum Thread | Cooper says Man Up at 11:20 11 Feb 2020
Cooper tells the players to man up, whilst there is a degree of agreement with this to put this out before a crucial game when it’s his tactics and lack of management skills which have contributed to this situation. Diversion tactics, starting to feel he is a problem |

If this loan comes off fair play I think he looked a very decent player at Charlton, creative but also with a bit of fight. Lampard has always remembered the Swans, fingers crossed |
| Forum Reply | Recent Derby results Swans by far superior at 19:35 13 Jan 2020
Point being it’s irrelevant if both teams are shit, the actual facts are that recent history eg over the last 20 games we have won twice as many games as the Scum 10 versus 5. Add in 7 seasons in the Premier league and a trophy then for a whole generation Swans have been the more successful club although Cardiff not as big as Barcelona with the biggest catchment area in Europe. |

Nothing I don’t think, first time in years I walked down Wind Street today, lots of empty units Sad but sign of the times. |

Had some great times there over the years. Used to be great for football and Wales rugby games. |
| Forum Reply | Rodon linked with Everton at 17:02 2 Jan 2020
Yes that is exactly my point, if we sold for 20 million and 10 million was used to help finance some rebuilding then we would understand a bit more, the smoke and mirrors is a different situation |
