Ok. But doesn't that mean I'm registering with the American site? Am I allowed to do it?
And does that mean I won't be able to get the programs streamed to my laptop? Will Sky block them?
Or does no one care and I should just do it?
And I still want to know why, when I put the right address in my laptop either won't load the page or sends me to a site called unblock-us, an American site for unblocking streaming sites!! | |

Sky won't block it. They won't have a clue. Not sure if you could just register on the UK site first.

I was registered on the UK Netflix site. Added the Hola extension to Google Chrome. Hola then gives you the option to access the US site. Sign in with your UK details and you're good to go | |

For those using the US Netflix, I'd recommend regularly visiting instantw@tcher.com.
It's the fastest way I've found to browse the better-quality new releases from Netflix. Relying on Netflix is a pain. I run three different Netflix interfaces and not one of them comes remotely close to providing release information as good as instantw@tcher.
Edited: because the domain 'instantw@tcher' contains the word 'tw@t'. Sort this cr@p out. And do y'know how much of a pain it was to figure out what the 'unacceptable' language was? At least tell us which word is causing the spasm. [Post edited 3 Sep 2013 20:05]

Jamie go to ps3 internet settings and put in
Primary DNS 208.122.23.22
Secondary DNS 208.122.23.23
I had downloaded Unblock-US 2.7 and in their instructions for setting up ps3 the above DNS numbers is what they said to put in. I did and now have US Netflix which is so so much better.

The us netflix has 54 breaking bad episodes which equates to 4 seaons and some of season 5.the uk version has nearly all of season 5, well almost, ,it updstes weekly and is upto episode 12 season 5.the uk on is better fot breaking bad. | | | |
