Probably the best one in my time was the Cup victory in 2003, although our 9-3 victory in 1965/66 must have been superb, Chivers 4 goals, Paine 2, Sydenham 2 & George O'Brien.
Bizarrely Wolves scored 1st in the 1st minute
In 1980/81 Saints were missing the injured Kevin Keegan but still won 4-2, Steve Moran scoring the 4th goal in only his 2nd appearance for the club, both as a late sub made it 2 goals out of the 2 games, Mike McCartney, Graham Baker & Chris Nicholl

Great Home Games Against Wolves on 17:55 - Mar 12 with 428 views
I was at the front of the Milton Road end at the 9-3 win so I got a closeup view of the goals. I remember feeling disappointed because we'd scored 9 with half an hour left to play and were singing, "We want 10", fully expecting to get them. Although I guess I shouldn't have been as Wolves had led 2-1, so it was quite a comeback. Surprisingly, apart from their goalkeeper, who Ted Bates later signed, Wolves had a good team that season, including the great Ron Flowers, and they were our promotion rivals. After we beat them 9-3, they won their next 4 games without conceding a goal and beat Pompey 8-2.
The song when we went to Molineux later that season was. "Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to Wolves we go. With a 9-3 here and a 9-3 here, hi ho, hi ho." We only drew 1-1. But I was at Molineux when we won 6-2 at a midweek game in 1976.
