Hope it goes well for you. I ended up with pacemaker - when I was waiting to go in to theatre one of the nurses said you are lucky, you are getting one of the American pacemakers made by Abbott to which I replied that I was hoping for a Chris Chataway or a Chris Brasher model - the nurse was only in her 20’s so had no idea who they were so I said Google them when you get a minute. A few minutes later you could hear giggles from the nurse who googled the names and from her colleagues who she shared the joke with. Hope your op works for you as welll as my PM works for me. |  |

If they carry on like this for the rest of the season there is just a possibiliity they could finish 4th - can you just imagine watching Bournemouth v Barcelona or Real Madrid in the Champions League next season? Almost sounds surreal but who knows?? Go back a few decades and you’d find Norwich playing Bayern and Ipswich playing Real or Barca in European competitions. Perhaps Europa League is a more realistic target. All said and done, I never thought I’d be saying the words Bournemouth, in & Eurooe in the same sentence 🙂 | |
