No mention of Small Jobs’ horror miss in the first-half, I note.

Poll: Would you take Ward-Prowse back?

So if Holgate deserved more game time then who would have made way ?

Captain Jack I guess.

Which I would have no qualms with.

Stephens had a horror moment in the second-half yesterday in front of us in the Itchen North which he was very lucky to get away with.

I’m not sure there is too much difference between them to be honest . Both are prone to errors that can lead to goals .

Both Holgate and Stephens could have cost us a goal yesterday .

Stephens did exactly the same in an U21game last week, and gave the ball away in the first minute with a sloppy pass which lead to an easy goal. He should not be in the team unless we have no other options...I'd have Charles in front of him at CB

Absolutely no comparison. Some of Stephens' passing yesterday was sublime. Yep he makes the odd stupid mistake, but he adds so much to the team when he brings the ball out of defence, which is what we need when a lot of teams park the bus. Him and THB were a joy to watch yesterday.
