We seems to have a really good mix from the quieter lads (Field, Amos, Dieng) to the characters (Adomah, Laird) to the battlers (Dunne, Balogun, Dykes, Tim) to the ballers (Willock, Chair etc) which is a real help to Beale as a 1st time manager when you compare to the problems Warburton had with a few last year.
