Going on from TGRRRRSSS comment on the 60 points thread, anyone know how the likes of 2T2B, LBlock (I think - the one with the Brass Eye avatar) and Smegma are? I know there were health concerns re 2T2B and Smegma. I hope they’re ok.

Can’t say I always agreed with the likes of 2T2B and LBlock, but I guess the message board is all about the wide range of opinions and supporting a team will always trigger a broad set of them. Except for a handful (like Konk and the Brentford 2 who I think are secretly Rangers anyway !!) at the end of the day we are all Rs.

I know a couple of posters on here from being at matches with them for many years, but it’d be interesting to put faces to avatars and username the next time we actually could all go to a game. As TGRRRSSS said, that’s life, but I look forward to going again when it’s safe. Being in Yorkshire, this site is a lifeline to connect with other Rs!!

Anyhow. Mind how you all go and COYRS!

Edit: I had originally put RBlock when I meant LBlock - hope both are fine tho!!

Thanks! Yes, I did mean Lblock!! I couldn’t remember whether it was R or L, it has been a while (R Block is where my ST is!!) and hence why I mentioned his Chris Morris avatar!! Am correcting my post- glad to hear he’s ok.

I'm sorry to read that Smegma has ben unwell.

Apart from naturally wishing him a speedy recovery, his reports of U-23 matches were a real highlight of this site when those things were allowed. Whenever a youngster appeared on the bench for us I'd be just that little bit better informed for having read Smegma's write-ups.

Was thinking the same about 2T2B his post about his health situation just before Xmas was a very sad read and hope he’s fighting and staying positive in beating this bastard.

Travel back to the UK has been impossible since COVID hit. We are way behind the UK in vaccinations, but things seem to be getting better. It's been amazing to see the lift that Charlie Austin gave to the team this season. He's really helped Dykes achieve to his potential, and others. I want to thank the folks who are putting up goals and commentary on YouTube.

I sent Jim (2T2B) a couple of PMs in early April and they remain unopened so i am very concerned for his welfare.Having his health issues is incredibly hard so hopefully he is resting peacefully not struggling .
He mentioned his 2 daughters so hopefully they are doing well as he battles .
Lets all keep him in our thoughts tonight .

I’m another one who stopped posting after getting sick of all the mud slinging, abuse and uncivil behaviour. We should always remember that we’re all here because we love a funny little football club in West London.

I’ll keep enjoying my quiet lurking 😉
