Dont think there is one, ive just had an email from them saying it will be credited back into my account. Theyve had less claims so they are giving customers a bit of a refund, happy days

Hmmm!!!! Keep an eye on renewal quotes with them.

But £25 is £25, good PR

I know what you mean nothing is for nothing these days.I renewed with them this year as they were very fair even for a returning customer.in fact i think i paid less than i did last year.

It is costing the company £110,000,000 so fair play to them.

Technically, if you didn't have a claim that's what should be happening to the cost of your insurance. I know it doesn't but it used to years ago.

Mrs renewed with them on 6th April and I moved over to them on the same day so £50 for us. That's nice. Fairer system would be a percentage of the premium though.

Doesn’t he also play Kryten in Red Dwarf?

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

It's criminal how insurance companies operate, they automatically increase your price every year unless you challenge them. You don't even have to do much, just go online, get a cheaper quote and ring them up, they usually match the cheaper quote. Sometimes you find a quote cheaper than they'll match too, depending on no claims/car/area etc.

My car has moved once in the last 3 weeks and that was only to change the position of the parts that could sieze. My mileage is down by around 400 miles and this lockdown will be here for a while yet.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?
