Sometimes does no harm to have a cube of ice in your wine (mainly white but occasionally in summer in the red also). Not with the good stuff though ...
With gin, some ice would be good, not just G&T but neat - some people say gin and water is better than gin with tonic - water apparently brings out the botanical scents better. |  | | |
