I have used them in the past and they were fine. The business below has framed lots of pictures for me and he is really cheap, but excellent quality. I had a Lowry print framed in piano black recently and he only charged £14. The equivalent standard done by the company who sold the print was about £80. I'm not sure whether he does football shirts, but he might be worth a phone call, unless you are not really bothered how much you pay.

There's a shop on Whitworth Rd just lower down the The Alpine Gastoff that does shirt framing. Plenty of examples of their work in the window. | | | |
