No he left because the club didn't offer him (and Cornell) a new contract. I said this in another post, but I think as we were planning on buying the barca Young keeper her would've been 3rd choice. But the deal fell through, we didn't sign another GK who could be 3rd choice so we re signed tremmel. | | | |

He was offered a 1 year contract, but decided to look elsewhere for a longer term deal. He obviously didn’t find one that suited, and the Swans have been unable to get in a keeper ready for first team action, so this deal suits both parties. I’m really not sure why people can’t work this out, or keep using this to say we need another striker, when we have enough for the one striker role we play. |  |
