I think you will find the site owner and many others from that area thought that one through some 20 years ago and are still going strong. Not sure where Phil lives now, I could be wrong but a Google search seems to point to it. I know SCFC2 site owner Jimmy White knew that group as well, or so he told me a fair while back.
