Support Your Local Non League Team This Weekend

It's International break and with no Southampton game this weekend, why not pop along and give your local non league teams some support, both vocally and financially, here is a list of who is playing where locally on Saturday.

In the National League 2nd placed Eastleigh are at home to 4th from bottom Tamworth, with the Spitfires looking for a win that if Gateshead fail to win at home to Barnet, would see them jump back to top spot.

Top of the Southern League Premier South are AFC Totton, they host Basingstoke Town in a clash of two Hampshire teams, with the kick off at 3pm at the Snows Stadium in Totton.

All the details including ticket prices etc can be fount at afctotton.com

The Stags local rivals Sholing are away to Merthyr Town in South Wales on Saturday and likewise Millbrook FC who travel Eastwards down the M27 to AFC Portchester.

So only two real local options in our non league teams, but of course there are plenty more lower down the pyramid who are deserving of support, whether they are at Wessex or Hampshire league level, or just over your local park.
