On Saturday AFC Totton hosted local rivals Sholing, next Saturday it's Harrow Borough but in between they will welcome London's 3rd biggest club Spurs to the Snows Stadium in a Premier League 2 game and it's free to season ticket holders of either club.
Spurs arrive on Friday evening 12th January with a 7pm kick off, on the face of it it is a forgone conclusion, Spurs have played 9 games and won 9 games, whilst Saints are currently only 16 games behind the first team in their unbeaten run, a win at Derby County followed by a 2-2 draw with Dynamo Zagreb.
This is a great chance to see the youngsters play, especially those who got on the pitch against Walsall in the FA Cup on last Saturday, Cameron Bragg, Tyler Dibden, Sam Amo-Ameyaw and Jayden Meghoma all getting game time.
Whether they are in the running for a place in the squad to face Sheffield Wednesday the following day from this game will be revealed at kick off, with an injury to Sam Edozie I would not be surprised to see Sam Amo- Ameyaw not on the pitch against Spurs but on the bench at St Mary's.
As mentioned earlier season ticket holders of both AFC Totton & Saints can get in free to this game on production of their season ticket at the turnstile, otherwise it is just £5 for adults, £3 for over 65's and £1 for under 14's.
Tickets can be bought at Southampton FC Ticketing Site
