Southampton At Newcastle Team News

Great news as Jannik Vestergaard has been names in the Saints team at Newcastle.
From the look of the starting line up Jack Stephens will move to right back to accomodate the return of Vestergard with Oriol Romeu also returning to partner James Ward Prowse in the centre of midfield.
There is also a debut in the starting line up for Takumi Minamino.
All in all this is perhaps the strongest side that Saints have put out for some weeks in terms of the starting line up, although the bench is still a little bit sparse with Djenepo the only real player with experience, the big surprise there though is Mohammed Salisu who returns to the squad and could perhaps make his debut at some point.
Starting XI: McCarthy, Stephens, Bednarek, Vestergaard, Bertrand, Ward-Prowse, Romeu, Redmond, Minamino, Adams, Ings.
Subs: Forster, Salisu, Ramsay, Finnigan, Chauke, Watts, Djenepo, Tella, Nlundulu.
