Luke Shaw Set To Miss Reunion With Saints
Luke Shaw looks set to miss out again on a chance for a reunion with his old team mates at Southampton.
Luke Shaw seems certain to miss out on facing Saints at Old Trafford on Sunday after being forced to come off at half time during United's FA Cup win at Yeovil yesterday, Shaw suffered an ankle injury and is now highly doubtful for the game.
Shaw's misfortune is to Saints benefit though as Louis Van Gaal is now suffering a crisis in the wing back position, along with Shaw fellow wing back Rafael also came off at the end of 45 minutes and was taken to hospital with a fractured cheekbone.
The duo join fellow wing backs Ashley Young (hamstring) and Antonio Valencia (groin) on the sidelines meaning that Van Gaal has selection problems in that area for the visit of Saints.
For Luke Shaw though its another opportunity to face his old club missed.
