Glad to see the back of Kaplan and Levein, hopefully the new set up can learn from mistakes already made. I like the fact that Coleman is a majority shareholder with boots on the ground involved daily, no where to hide and a lot of money to lose. Hopefully this can build a few bridges between the fans and ownership group. |

Both very good championship players but more importantly they are a great partnership at the back. That is at the heart of every successful team, absolute stupidity to break that up. |

I can't see a lot happening in January. Maybe a striker on loan, I think most January talk will be about Cabango and Darling. I think we might get one of these to sign and that's the best I hope from the month. Full pessimism has kicked in, I hope to be shocked though.. |

How is the club on the right path?
Financially spewing cash.
Recruitment is awful.
Youngsters out on loan aren't exactly setting the world alight.
Established players not being offered contracts.
Each season is worse than the last.
No one is demanding success, competency would suffice for now! |

Sky did a bit on this yesterday highlighting Martins reluctance to change things about. Its about them selling themselves and their philosophy (I hate that term in football!). Highlighting Kompany at Burnley last year who wouldn't change but ended up landing the Bayern job.
They sell their mythical football philosophy whilst blaming failures on their clubs not backing them etc. Gone are the days of earning the big jobs on previous results alone. |

I just don't understand that when you have such a thin squad, you don't have youngsters on the bench to fill the gaps with players who specialise in those positions. So we can actually have a striker playing that role or a winger playing out wide. Possibly LW sending a message back to the states on the first team squad depth? |

Bang on! The board and owners have put the club in this mess. If people think the easy answer is to get rid of LW, they are mistaken. Remember several managers turned us down, word is out, we are ran by an inept group of business people with very little idea about football. |

LW will get all the pelters he deserves this week. However, our owner, recruitment team and players are as much of the problem as he is.
We have a paper thin squad full of players below the standard that is needed for this division. Change the manager as much as we like, but with these players and our standard of recruitment, we are going one way!
No passion, no skills, no ideas. |
