The next round is going to be an interesting one for Raducanu. I can remember watching that US Open semifinal in the early hours of the morning and before the start Maria Sakkari was bouncing up and down in front of Emma and flexing her impressive muscles in an attempt to intimidate her.
Emma then flattened her 6-1 6-4 so I imagine Sakkari will be out for revenge tomorrow. |

Yep, because Foden drifting into the middle and Trippier always turning back to use his right foot was such a conspicuous success in the last game. Meant our attack was totally one sided. |

Music in a Doll’s House is a superb album and one of my all time favourites.More melodic and whimsical than anything they did after. The tracks are all short but run together seamlessly, which probably owes a lot to Dave Mason’s production. Saw Family a lot around that time, including their support at the Stones Hyde Park gig, the mostly forgotten Weeley festival and numerous times indoors.
Sometimes wonder what the reaction would be if an album as startlingly creative as that were released now. |

Slightly off topic but I reckon Southgate is really missing a trick if he doesn’t cap Michael Olise before France get in and make him a full international. If he wants to play for France rather than England then fair enough, there’s nothing we can do but if he’s got any desire at all to play for England it would be nuts to lose him. He’s looked better than Saka to me in recent months. |

Play next to indeed. What a relief it must have been for Sam Field to have players next to him like Colback and Hayden who get fully involved in the game.
Possibly a reason why he’s been able to get forward more and add more goals to his game. |

Agree wholeheartedly with this. Thought the first series was one of the best ever police dramas on British TV and last night’s opener makes it look like they haven’t dropped the standard at all in series two. |
