| Forum Reply | FA Trophy 5th Round Draw today.....Dale/Stockton No3 at 22:39 6 Jan 2025
It was advertised on the o/s this morning and also before the two previous draws we were in. I listened to it today on Talksport 2, at 3.15pm, as leedsdale says. It was done by Aaron McLean, the former Peterborough striker, who has been a co-commentator on BT Sport/TNT/DAZN on National League matches for a number of years. [Post edited 6 Jan 22:41]

Talking of BBM, remember his missus and her Twitter rants against Dale fans? She's in Dictionary Corner on Countdown this week!

More like they've had some poor results and he's got the fans on his back, so decided to shuffle his starting XI. |

Actually, it isn't! Record is 98 days between 24th November 1979 (FA Cup v Scunthorpe) and 1st March 1980 (League v Crewe). There was a 91-day gap in the 1978/79 season, 84 days in 2017/18 and a previous 77 in 1965/66. If you remove cup matches, we didn't play at home on a Saturday between 22nd September 1979 and 1st March 1980, a gap of 161 days, but we did have nine home games on Tuesdays and Fridays. |

I couldn't agree more. |

Also, if we get the Yeovil game on on 25th January, it will mean it's been 77 days between Saturday home matches. |

FA 'cup' competitions - FA Cup/Trophy/Vase - generally always have priority. |

Paul Moulden didn't go back to anywhere from Oldham. |

Not for the first time, that's good advice for everyone to wrap up warm. I've just been round Hollingworth Lake and it was a bit crisp. |
