It was on twitter, I didn't check the board. Isn't it a thought we don't completely throw in the towel on our 3m investment on Madsen, just like we didn't do so with Marti? How are the players meant to improve, become cohesive etc. It certainly wasn't an unknown core with JCS, Paal, Field, Varane, Chair, Saito, Kolli |

You make it sound like we used under 18 players in the team, no, Walsh, Edwards, Madsen and Kolli are all part of the senior squad. The reaction online for when the the team was announced was overwhelmingly positive, the hindsight from the few following the result is interesting to say the least |

I think any of the inner details would be pure speculation. What we know for sure, in Rayan's interview posted today, he shows his passion and love for the club. He's been here for 11 years and as he says since he was a ball boy in the loft end, it was his dream to be the one scoring them goals |

From a letter Rayan's father wrote to Chris Ramsey, today I learned :
Rayan, at the age of 16, had the opportunity to join West Ham, a tempting prospect for any young footballer. The offers were enticing, and many believed that this was the path he should take. But you, Chris, saw something more profound. You saw the promise, the potential, and the value that Rayan held for QPR's future.
You made a tough call, one that required tremendous courage. You turned down significant offers, you challenged us in a six-month-long battle, and you decided to take the matter to tribunal to prevent Rayan from leaving QPR. It was a decision that wasn't understood by many at the time, but you had a plan, a vision for his growth, and an unshakable belief in the club's future.
On December 2021, that final meeting with West Ham defined the path we would take. They wanted Rayan desperately, but you, Chris, had decided to stand firm. You were willing to go to tribunal to protect QPR's interests, and I couldn't help but wonder why. Why would you do this? The answer, we discovered, lay in the future. |

Marti explained the two different types of strikers he uses in the Masterclass video. The false 9 type that drops deeper, plays in the pockets and links up with the wingers. Then the absolute number 9 that plays on the defensive line and pins the center backs that we play direct to. I think Kolli aligns with the first but the second is definitely Frey or Lloyd.

Kolli has the quality to play a number of different positions for us - I don't think he's restricted to just being a striker. Even still, with a typically packed schedule and being the complete opposite of Frey playstyle wise, he'll get plenty of minutes with rotation and allows Marti to change our style of play as he wishes.
I think long term he'd settle better into a winger position, getting more on the ball and able to drive at defenders. The Spurs friendly showed the potential in that. |

For the community service rumours, Chair has been present for the last 3 home games. At West Brom he was with Cannon, Fox, we can only assume all have injuries at present |
