Been a good read this, I’m where fitzochris is at. When I read things about Leeds potentially sacking the manager who has just got them promoted breaking all sorts of club records in the process I just can’t get my head around it. I’ve read the Leeds forum & there is talk that they are boring, despite having scored 25 goals more than every other team in the division & completely dominating. Where has the joy gone? I really believe there’s a crisis in football in this country now, crowds up & down the country just don’t like the game anymore. It’s more organised, less chaotic & to some degree that makes it less exciting. The football is now undoubtedly better technically than it was 20 years ago but I’m not sure it’s what English fans enjoy watching & I think that is ultimately the real issue. McNulty or some other manager, I just don’t think a lot of people will find what they are looking for anymore. |

Whilst I agree with all the frustrations listed here I can't say I find this season unacceptable. What we are seeing is a National League team performing as a decent national league team does. There has definitely been an air of looking down on the league that has appeared, especially near me in Pearl St. In the last 12 home league games we have won: 3-0 v Tamworth 4-0 v Yeovil 4-1 v Wealdstone 3-0 v Altrincham 4-0 v Aldershot 4-0 v Eastleigh This notion that we are no good at home & don't attack or score is just not true. Could we be doing better, yes I also agree on that but we are where we are & I do think some fans are having trouble realising that we are National League. The abuse of our players is what I find unacceptable, when we could well finish 4th in the league. Is Kairo Mitchell the greatest striker we've had? No. But he's going to get 20 goals & there would no doubt be a lot of other National League teams wanting a 20 goal a season striker. The abuse Ebanks-Landell received recently was also ridiculous, he is a good defender at this level & also grabs his fair share of assists. We need stability, in the last 3 years we've basically had new squads each season. For the first time in a while now we have a lot of our players under contract for next season, I see no reason why we wouldn't improve again with 3/4 quality additions & a settled consistent squad. And for me, any talk of getting rid of a manager that has you in a play off spot is madness. Be careful what you wish for. |

Fastest I remember was Paul Connor v Huddersfield, around 19 seconds I think? Also sure we scored even earlier against Peterborough one year but not too sure on that. |

There should have been someone around to assist as the queue was very very slow. I helped a few people put their screen to maximum brightness as I knew there had been issues with this before and they scanned first time then. Also what's with the daft queuing system in Studds, it worked fine for over 20 years the way it was! |
 | Forum Reply | EGM - which way are you voting? at 13:35 4 Mar 2024
At the moment I feel like we should vote yes to this but I can't help but feel this is a much worse choice than the EGM in 2021 which was thrown out. We could have had serious investment in the club & a training ground whilst we were a league 1 club. At least we weren't threatened with liquidation if we didn't vote it through back then. |

Aren’t all games technically all ticket since the end of cash turnstiles? Obviously always ways round it but you’d think lots of Bradford postcodes buying online would be noticed if that happened. |

The ticketing couldn't really have waited as the clubs current online retail & ticketing provider is pulling out of the UK market in the next month so they had to get a new system in place regardless. |

He said openly on Monday night that he left due to disagreements with the previous chairman & a certain director. |

Nice one, managed to get Rochdale - Leeds for 20p return & then Leeds - Newcastle for £26.10 instead of £67 return via Manchester. |

Hopefully beat the Spurs crowd as I imagine all the Geordies will actually turn up plus rows ABC in the Pearl St blocks W & X have been fixed & sold this time so it will be the fullest it's been in there since the Darlington play off game if everyone shows up. |
 | Forum Reply | Has it sold out yet? at 18:33 2 Jan 2020
About 100 seats have been added online now available in the main stand & a chunk in Pearl St block z. I'd say we look on for 7,500-8,000 in total. |
