If someone plays a few games for dale. Starts well, goes average and then has one shocker he will always be remembered for the shocker.
Dicker's first few games were excellent but he went off the boil. Having a starting pairing of Cav and Lund in the middle, with Dicker and Allen as back-up is quality and depth.

Yes but this is a player used to playing in the championship having been on championship wages - his current 6month deal wouldn't have come cheap - I would have expected him to have looked a class above most midfielders in the division - instead of being just one of our squad players. A luxury we can hardly afford when we've better younger options. |  |

A player whos played generally in far superior teams to us and excelled in a much higher division is suddenly poor and not worth a place at Spotland, you can tell hes played at a higher level by his touch and different wave length when looking for a pass,admittedly his application could be sometimes questioned,theres no doubting hes got quality but he needs to show it more often and control games. | | | |

I think yesterday Dicker showed that he'd been injured and not involved for afew weeks, looked sluggish to say the least. Alright normally he looks slower than our other midfielders, but hes not a destroyer like Cav or a box to box type such a Lund. I think he's a good asset to the club, I hope we keep him till the end of the season at least. |  | | |
