Vital that we actually win our first 2 home games this season!
A point at Huddersfield and 2 losses at Bolton and Leeds would be a solid if unspectacular start.
Means hopefully we can build with 3 home games in September (Brighton being the toughest) and a trip to Yeovil and put ourselves in the mix by then.

I know we're all down at the mo, but as I said on other thread all you away dayers must be pleased with Bournemouth in April.
Brighton away is still in the spring, and two home games and Barnsley can't be a bad run in if we need the points (for whatever reason).

Whilst tough, the first five games should at least see a good away following and a decent atmosphere, so it won't feel like a complete letdown compared to the Premier League.

Yeah,well on the plus side I'm a QPR supporter and I want to support my team and show support for the board who've done the right thing with the season ticket prices. Weighed against that is the fact that most of our squad consists of people I wouldn't even p-ss on if they were on fire and the fact that they've only scheduled one home game I can make before the middle of September. | | | |

Might be rubbish but heard that Sky will screen matches on Thursday Aug 1 and Friday Aug 2 - so two moved from the Saturday. On the plus side it's highly likely that it will be those two 125th anniversary matches announced yesterday. Still, starting the season on a Thursday night would be a proper ball ache. |  | | |

I'm back 2nd January(first game since we beat Coventry 2-1 with that cracker from Taarabt and then the even better second by Routledge with the pass of the season from Taarabt) so fingers crossed ill get the FA Cup game, then Ipswich away and Huddersfield at home.

Just typical the two games against Brighton are midweek fixtures. I was hoping to come over for those if they were Saturday games.
