virus help needed 13:33 - Jun 17 with 1090 views

i have a virus which has accesed my email addresses and is sending emails to all.

Have tried using house call but still sending them out

Any suggestions how I can stop this

change your password on the account is the first thing to do bud

Had the same with my Sky email account. Changing the password solved the problem

I use a password manager program called Roboform. It means I can assign quite complex passwords like; Sfh9%$dR5t0uFaLJ (just made that up btw, not used on any account!).

Roboform then stores them and you can go into email accounts/forum sign-ins, Ebay accounts etc using just the mouse. As well as being quicker, it avoids key-strokes which hackers also rely on.
