So this Board have had 4 months to assess whether NW is the man to take this club forward. They have decided not. Neither Tony, Amit or Phil Beard are football men. So who/what has led them to this decision? Who is advising them on the football side? Personally I think it's a bit knee-jerk. A few bad results and suddenly NW's a bad manager? I think he was our best chance of real stability and with proper support from the Board would have kept us up and moved us on. A sad day for me. I just hope they have some real football nous helping make these decisions and not relying on simply their commercial judgement. After all...it's a funny old game. |  | | |  |
