Seriously we appointed Warbs and gave him a three year contract, when it was up for renewal it wasn't renewed, now we can all debate the merits of that decision but, I was for giving him 1 more year plenty on the message board wanted him gone because of the end of season form
We then did an extensive interview process and appointed the best candidate giving him a three year contract, it was never disclosed at the interview he was a two faced **** and wouldn't even give us a year.
Having already done all the interviews a few months earlier they were able to appoint someone quickly, the fact it hasn't worked is down to a combination of factors, ie Critchleys intransigence with formations and injuries for starters.
So in all fairness we have gone away from the hire them fire them strategy and looked for continuity as a progression.
Now the DOF position that's another can of worms, we need one without a doubt but maybe time for Fresh ideas.... [Post edited 20 Feb 2023 10:35]
