Week 11 results AFC BOURNEMOUTH 2 LEICESTER CITY 1 Bournemouth take thier unbeaten run to five under interim boss Gary O'Neil, as they came from behind to beat Leicester, and turn up the heat on Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers. Well done to blueeagle for being the only one to get this spot-on, and another 5 had the outcome. BLACKPOOL 3 WATFORD 1 Blackpool ended a four-match winless run as Jerry Yates' late double sunk Slaven Bilic's Watford. Nobody had this spot-on, but 4 did get the outcome. 21 predicted a win for Watford. STOKE CITY 3 SHEFFIELD UNITED 1 Former United defender Phil Jagielka helped Stoke consign the Championship leaders to a second successive loss. Nobody got this spot-on, and only unitedwhites had the outcome. 21 predicted a win for United. WEST BROMWICH ALBION 0 LUTON TOWN 0 The pressure increased on boss Steve Bruce as his struggling West Brom side saw their winless league run stretch to eight games with this bore draw. Well done to Pinault_Noir for being the only one to have this spot-on, and 5 more got the outcome. 19 predicted West Brom to get only their second win this season. The pressure increased enough for Steve Bruce to get the sack on Monday. FOREST GREEN ROVERS 1 BOLTON WANDERERS 0 Connor Wickham's fifth goal of the season handed struggling Forest Green just their second home win. Well done to gerry_us for being the only one to get this spot-on, and only unitedwhites had the outcome. 23 predicted a win for Bolton. SHREWSBURY TOWN 2 MILTON KEYNES DONS 1 Tom Bayliss and Jordan Shipley scored first-half goals as Shrewsbury beat 10-man MK Dons to register a third successive home win. A magnificent 7 had this spot-on, and a further 10 got the outcome. GRIMSBY TOWN 3 CRAWLEY TOWN 0 Grimsby picked up their first home win in League Two this season with a victory that leaves Crawley propping up the division. Once again well done to Pinault_Noir for being the only one to get this spot-on, and another 18 had the outcome. This was the last game in charge for Crawley manager Kevin Betsy, as he was sacked the next day. NORTHAMPTON TOWN 0 SALFORD CITY 1 Ethan Galbraith scored the game's only goal as Salford claimed their first victory over Northampton with a third successive away win. No points for anybody from this game, as 23 predicted a win for Northampton, with 12 going for a 2-1 in what was the weeks most predicted score, and the other 5 went for a draw. After a dearth of home wins in the Happy League recently, this week made up for it in a big way, with 6 games ending in favour of the hosts. The problem was, on a week of shocks, most of them went almost unbacked. The two that were, Shrewsbury and Grimsby, saved the week from being a complete disaster, as they produced 52 of the 77 total points. On such a tough week two members did well to have two 3 pointers, they were blueeagle, who had the 2-1 wins for Bournemouth and Shrewsbury, and Pinault_Noir, who got those two good predictions mentioned above. They both also had the Grimsby outcome to give them a very decent 7 points, and a share of being the weeks top scorer. Best of those to get one 3 pointer were Daniel, RSCOSWORTH and medicine_man, who all had the Shrewsbury 2-1, and the West Brom and Grimsby outcomes, to give them each a solid 5 points. In the Premier With the leader mfb_cufc firing a rare blank, his lead was cut to just a single point, as the top scoring performance from blueeagle helped to continue his meteroric rise, that has seen him move up another three places to 2nd, after being 11th three weeks ago. Moving to within 2 points of the top is thrillseeker, as he was another to benefit from getting the Shrewsbury 2-1 spot-on. Remaining in the final Super Cup spot is Daniel, after his solid week. The solid week for RSCOSWORTH moved him up another place, and into the top half for the first time this season. At the bottom unitedwhites moved out of the relegation zone, on the most 3 pointer rule from TheFatGooner, who drops into the bottom three for the first time this season. In Division One Three outcomes for sevebalo stretches his run at the top to three weeks. With last weeks 2nd and 3rd oxfcolu and GOSBTS both firing blanks, the top scoring performance from Pinault_Noir moved him above them into the other automatic place. Three outcomes for Madeira163 moved him up a place to fifth. The final play-off place is occupied by bwildered, as he takes his run in the top 6 to six weeks. Up a place each into 7th and 8th are burnsieespana and gerry_us. The solid week for medicine_man moved him a couple of places into 9th. After spending the last four weeks just one place outside the top 6, MrHappy2 drops four places, but is still only 4 points from a play-off place. Midweek League Cup A reminder that the next round of games are ready for predicting, with the deadline Tuesday 18th October 19.30.
